Wow! Where to begin? ONDA was the best vacation our family has ever had. We were a group of 12 - 3 families with teenagers. We vacillated between a busy, high-energy, all-inclusive resort in Cabo and ONDA - a relaxing, low-key, restful vacation. With teenagers, you'd think we'd choose Cabo but we didn't and it was THE BEST decision.
First, the house is magnificent. Forgest Four Seasons. The views, the fully-stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds - all 5 stars. Aaron the owner and Mitzi, the house manager, were very friendly and assisted with planning everything.
We stayed for 7 nights so opted to rent UTVs so we could easily get around. The company will deliver and pick up the UTVs at the house!We fished twice, having the skippers pick us up on the beach in front of the house. Both days we caught Marlin. So fun!
The highlight though was the food. We hired Chef Yizrel and his team for 3 days. They prepared 5-star breakfast, lunch, and dinners (using our Marlin). Trust me, do this.
This place was a dream! Private beach, beautiful home, excellent accommodations. Even arriving the day after a tropical storm, our stay was excellent! Our large family of 9 had room to spare at Onda. Our adult kids especially loved taking the rented UTVs to the dunes every day. Great snorkeling in crystal clear water just outside the door. The host Aaron was very communicative and helpful. Mitzi was indispensable and able to get anything we needed at the drop of a hat. Mr. Yizrel and his staff provided chef/butler service and were incredible! The food was excellent and they really made the trip. We will be back!
Wow! That really sums it up! From the spectacular open air living options to closing glass walls for A/C- this house has it all. State of the art equipment- kitchens, ice machines, BBQ, appliances, surround sound speakers through out. The custom furniture & wood work is incredible. Separate room pods are ideal & offers privacy for larger groups. The ocean view is just fantastic with both sunrise & sunset views. We were even so lucky to have a turtle come up on the beach & lay 79 eggs within just a short walk & then getting to take part in the egg recovery to take them to a safe incubation home & return in 45 days for release in the same area- makes me want to make a special trip back just for this! What a fantastic experience. Mitze was also nearby & ready to assist with anything we needed- she really went above & beyond! Thank you so much Aaron & Mitze for such a great time.
Cannot recommend this place enough! Best beach house we’ve ever rented - 10 stars! Staying at Onda was exactly the retreat we needed. It was peaceful, relaxing and had all the amenities we needed (and more) for a long weekend with friends. We had a chef cook our meal the first night and they stocked the fridge for us for the rest of the trip. The service was amazing, the place is beautiful (!!!) and we absolutely will be coming back.
The property and house were even more beautiful than the pictures - it was so bright and airy and completely private and tranquil. They helped us arrange a chef and butler to cook and clean up and do laundry and keep things tidy - that was such a treat! The food was incredible and the house was completely stocked - even with extra groceries that we might want for snacks and things. We had a collection of food allergies in our group and they were able to accommodate all of them with ease!
The hosts were responsive and incredibly helpful - they directed us to a fantastic restaurant just down the way at the Four Seasons hotel. They had a coffee shop there too so that was a fun daily adventure. The beach was clean and beautiful and the water was so warm and calm - the kids had a great time swimming in both the pool and the ocean!
It was an incredible trip!
